Our Story

Twenty years of staying focused on what we're great at.

Focal Point Metal Fab has been operating out of Spring Lake, Michigan since 2006. We started as a small specialty shop, and we've stayed that way on purpose. Our customers don't come to us because we're the biggest fabricator out there — they come to us because we're the most responsive.

When the current ownership took over the shop, we made a deliberate investment in current-generation fiber laser and press brake equipment so that a small team could compete on speed and precision with shops three times our size. The result is a fabrication partner that can quote fast, run fast, and keep your project moving when the bigger shops are weeks out on their schedule.

We work with companies that build real things — conveyor systems, medical carts, off-road components, stadium seating, marine parts — and we take pride in being a partner they can count on, project after project.
