Two fiber lasers. One fast lead time.
We run two current-generation fiber lasers side-by-side, both with full 5'×10' beds. The 12kW handles thicker material at production speed; the 4kW gives us flexibility to keep two jobs moving in parallel.
Whether it's a 50-piece prototype run or a 5,000-piece production order, the laser shop is built to keep parts moving without bottlenecking the rest of the schedule. Mild steel is our sweet spot — we stock most common gauges so we can quote and start cutting fast.

Two Accurpress 60-ton press brakes — an 8-foot bed and a 6-foot bed — let us match the right machine to the part instead of forcing every job through one setup.
Most of what comes off our brakes is mild steel from 7 to 20 gauge for material handling, casework, off-road, and stadium-seating customers. We're set up for production-quality forming with the consistency that downstream welding and assembly steps demand.

MIG, TIG, and resistance — in-house.
Welding stays in-house, by experienced operators, on the same shop floor as the laser and brake. That keeps quality consistent, tightens schedules, and lets us catch issues before they multiply.
We weld production assemblies and sub-assemblies for material-handling frames, mobile medical workstations and medical storage solutions, off-road components, and seating structures. If your part needs to be cut, formed, and welded into a finished assembly, we can do all three steps without handing it off.
